Thank you for shopping with Wear The Whimsy! We aim to process and ship your curated pieces with care and clarity. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will arrive, and what to expect along the way.

 

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted (e.g., during announced shop breaks or sales events).

  • Orders placed during holidays, weekends, or special promotions may require extra time.

  • If there is a delay in processing your order, we’ll reach out via email.

 

2. Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated.

If your order is placed during a break, we will notify you of the next available shipping date before purchase or at checkout.

 

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or comparable carriers with tracking.

  • Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 2–8 business days once shipped.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • We offer free shipping on eligible orders as promoted (e.g., “Free shipping on orders $100+ with code FREESHIP”).

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

 

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been scanned in by the shipping carrier, Wear The Whimsy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.
Please take the following steps if your package is missing:

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout

  • Check with your local postal carrier or neighbors

  • File a claim with USPS (or the respective carrier)

We’re happy to assist in providing order details needed for carrier claims, but we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues outside of our control.

6. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you.

  • Re-shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If we don’t hear back within 7 days of contact, the item will be restocked.

7. International Shipping

We currently are accepting orders within the USA and Canada. If you would like to request an international shipment please email info@wearthewhimsy.com
